EvU for fairs, contests, sport/company events or parties
Using the EvU application and its module for fairs, competitions and sport or company events a modern filing can be provided. Data can then be further analyzed for use in questionnaires or marketing events.
When using a barcode a correct data input is ASSURED in contrary of e.g. hostess rewriting!
Possible implementation:
In a fair there's a competition with a draw for valuable prizes. To fulfill the competition conditions it is necessary to fill a playing card (see the picture), when a visitor gains a stamp for visiting each stand. Filled card is then handed in. A draw may be in a form of standard card draw or electronically using a unique card number.
After reading a playing card, the menu for a quick registration information entry will come up.
