SmartMarketing

SmartMarketing is a product intented for mass evaluation of forms and answer sheets. Forms are mass-scanned, the application analyzes them and export the results in various formats (Excel, Access, text file etc.). The application consists of an editor, where the form is created. The can be for example questions and check boxes with possible answers or a special form can be created in the application. A form or an answer sheet is then printed and handed out to enquired persons. When the questions are answered, forms are scanned by feeder equipped scanner and the SmartMarketing system automatically and quickly evaluates them.

Main feature of this program is the editor, where you prepare a document. Using the editor you may insert several basic elements into the document. - Label - text information - Separate check box - List of Questions - test questions and answers - Answering Form - Number - Table - better document formatting - Picture to be scanned - e.g. signature scanning A prepared document is printed out and handed out to the respondents. The evaluation proceeds when the documents are inserted into the scanner and the Analysis Wizard is run. The Wizard scannes and processes the documents automatically. In an MS Excel table you may then see the evaluation and statistics.

Aside from a significant simplification and acceleration of questionnaires, forms and reports evaluation, another advantage of this program is that documents are saved into files, which allows to transfer them easily. Backup is also very simple. Thanks to this, there is no need to log in to the program using user name and password. The program supports all the scanner types. To maintain maximal scanning speed we recommend to use a scanner with a feeder.
